Dom Prag at Folk in the Cellar, The Constitution, Camden

Dom's music knits together British and European folk tradition, classical guitar: mining songs, poems set to music (Keats, Larkin), compositions influenced by Schubert and Shostakovich, bluesy riffs and raw vocals. He has a beautiful voice and a dexterous mastery of the guitar whereby his playing of the instrument always enhances or subtly underpins his performance. Some of his songs are unaccompanied; all are compelling. In December 2018 he released Young Man on a Ferry’, his debut album. "We were lucky enough to have Dom open up a show for Chris and I, and we were both really impressed with him. Great playing, singing and writing and a lovely stage presence. Watch out for Dom, his star is definitely on the rise." (Julie Matthews, of While and Matthews/Daphne's Flight).

‘Dom has played our club twice and each time we were blown away by his songs, musicianship and voice; he is a breath of fresh air. His well-written and thought provoking songs grab your attention. This guy is the real deal and currently building a significant reputation on the folk and acoustic music scene.’ (Tony Batten Milverton Music)
